What we collect, why, and how we keep it

Praxion does not sell your information or share it for advertising. This page explains, in plain words, exactly what this website and the Praxion portal collect, where it is stored and who else handles it.

Last updated: October 18, 2026 · Effective October 18, 2026

Who we are

This policy is published by Praxion Agentic CRM Solutions (“Praxion,” “we,” “us”), a business of James Donsing in the United States. It covers praxioncrm.com: the public website, the consultation booking page, the careers application, and the Praxion portal used by clients, consultants and applicants. Our product sites have their own policies: eavedrop.net and LH Masterlog Agent.

The short version

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We don’t buy data from brokers and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

We never ask for a Social Security number, tax ID or bank or card number on our forms. The forms refuse a submission that tries to send one. Tax forms and payouts go through a secure payment provider instead.

Visitor counts use a one-way, salted code instead of your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored.

No marketing emails or texts. The only automatic messages are ones tied to your account or request, such as an email-verification or password-reset link you ask for. A person replies to you.

Our role: tools, not a party

Praxion provides software, tools and training to independent consultants and to the companies that use Praxion. Consultants are independent contractors, not Praxion employees or agents. Any communication, agreement or dealing between a consultant and a company is between them, on their own independent terms, and Praxion is not responsible for it; personal information that a consultant and a company exchange with each other outside the Praxion portal is handled under their own practices, not this policy. Licensing, insurance and other requirements differ by state and country and are each consultant’s responsibility based on where they live and work, and some features may be limited by location. The full terms are in our Terms of service.

What we collect

When you browse the site

For each page you open we record: the page, the day, how many times it was opened, whether the request came from a person or an automated tool (judged from your browser’s user-agent), the site that referred you (domain only), and an approximate location (country, state or region and city) supplied by our network provider from your connection. Instead of your IP address we store a salted one-way hash of it (HMAC-SHA256 with a random secret kept on our server), which lets us count unique visitors without keeping the address. Pages opened while you are signed in to the portal are not counted.

When you open the live demo or a sample portal through a link that carries a company code (?ref=), we note that the demo was opened on that company’s record. Without a code the open is counted anonymously.

When you use the contact form

Your name, company, email address, the topic you pick and your message. Sending opens a pre-filled email in your own email app and also sends us a copy, which we keep as an inquiry so we can follow up.

When you book a consultation

Your name, work email, company name, and a password for your client account (stored only as a bcrypt hash, never as the password). Optional details you choose to give: phone, website, industry, company size, number of sales reps, the CRM you use, the work that wastes your team’s time, your goals, the meeting format and times you prefer, how you heard about us, a referral code and the consultant link you came from. You must agree that a consultant may contact you about the consultation by email or phone.

When you apply to be a sales consultant

Your name, email, and sales background; optionally your phone, where you would sell, why you are interested, your availability, your LinkedIn profile URL, a resume file (PDF, Word, RTF or text, up to 10 MB) and the code of the consultant who referred you. If your application moves forward we record only the status and dates of the contractor agreement, the W-9 and any background check. The W-9 is completed on a secure provider’s site, and a background check is only ever run after a written disclosure and your consent. We never store your Social Security number or tax ID. Applications also include your plan with Praxion and short career questions, and you may add a photo and a short video. Before a background check, you verify your identity with a photo ID and a live selfie on Stripe’s secure page; Praxion receives only whether the check passed, never your ID images or numbers.

When you use the Praxion portal

  • Account: name, email, role, a bcrypt hash of your password, and sign-in history needed to keep your session valid.
  • Clients: your company’s record, the discovery questionnaire, anything you upload to the discovery kit (recordings, voice notes, photos and documents), change requests, support tickets, and your acceptance of a proposal.
  • Consultants: profile details you add (headshot, title, phone, bio, service area, social links), the companies you work with, your commission ledger, and, if you publish it, your public rep page. Optional connections to Google, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram or YouTube store their access tokens encrypted.
  • Applicants: your application, onboarding checklist and profile.

When you call the Praxion phone line

The line is answered by an automated assistant, which says so at the start of the call. We record the calling number, what you said to the assistant (as text), the choices you made, the time of the call and, if you leave one, your voicemail recording, and we create a lead record so a person can follow up. If you ask not to be contacted, we mark that on the record and do not follow up.

Payments

Client retainers and monthly fees, and consultant payouts, are handled by Stripe when payments are switched on. You enter card or bank details on Stripe’s own pages; they never pass through or get stored on our server. For consultant payouts, Stripe collects your tax details and issues 1099 forms. We keep only Stripe’s reference numbers and the payment or payout status.

Security logs

To limit abuse, the server briefly counts requests per connection in memory (not saved to disk), and keeps ordinary technical logs of errors.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare and hold your consultation, and write and deliver a proposal.
  • To review applications and onboard consultants, and to calculate and pay commissions.
  • To run the portal: sign-in, your company’s records, discovery, tickets and payments.
  • To see how many people visit which pages and where they come from, in aggregate.
  • To keep the site and portal secure and working, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t send marketing unless you ask for it. The website and portal do not send your information to AI services.

Who else handles it

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run Praxion, only for that purpose:

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it receives
CloudflareDelivers the site securely (HTTPS, network routing and protection)Your requests as they pass through, including your IP address
Google FontsSupplies the typefaces the pages useYour IP address and browser details when your browser loads the fonts

E-signature, W-9 and background-check providersContractor onboarding, chosen by us when the step is reachedWhat you enter on their sites, under their own privacy policies

Inside Praxion, a client’s records are visible only to Praxion admins and the consultant assigned to that company. A consultant sees only their own companies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Portal sign-in cookie (px_portal): set only when you sign in. It is HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read it), SameSite=Strict, sent only to praxioncrm.com, and lasts up to 7 days or until you sign out.
  • Browser storage: your light/dark theme choice (praxion-theme), portal list filters, and the consultant code on a consultant’s own marketing page. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
  • Consultant referral cookie (px_ref): set only when you open the careers page from a Praxion consultant’s recruiting link. It holds that link’s code and the date, so an application you send within 30 days is credited to the consultant who referred you. It is sent only to praxioncrm.com and expires after 30 days.
  • Network security cookies: our network provider may set strictly necessary cookies to tell people from automated traffic.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Your information is stored in a database on a server we control in the United States. Files you upload (resumes and discovery files) are kept outside the public web folder under random names, checked against their file type, and only ever handed to a signed-in admin or the assigned consultant as a download.

  • All traffic uses HTTPS. The server is reachable from the internet only through our network provider’s encrypted tunnel.
  • Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Invitation and sign-in links, and discovery links, are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and expire (7 days for invitations, 90 days for discovery links, and they can be revoked).
  • Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Other records, such as names, emails and messages, are not encrypted field by field. They are protected by sign-in, role-based access and HTTPS.
  • The database is backed up every night on the same server, and old copies rotate out automatically. If cloud backup is switched on, a copy is also kept in a Google Cloud Storage bucket we control.

No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.

How long we keep it

  • Visitor counts: deleted automatically after about 400 days.
  • Inquiries, bookings and client records: for as long as we are talking or working together, and afterward as long as needed for records, taxes and disputes, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Applications: for as long as the application is open and a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Consultant and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Backups: nightly copies rotate out after 14 days, and weekly copies after 8 weeks, so deleted information leaves the backups within about two months.

Your choices and rights

Email [email protected] to:

  • ask what information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct something that’s wrong;
  • delete your information or close your account;
  • withdraw an application, or ask us to stop contacting you.

We will confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address we have on file, and answer within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires it (for example tax records), and we will tell you if that applies.

US state privacy rights

Residents of California and several other states have rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we have not done so in the past 12 months, so there is nothing to opt out of, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser needs no further step. We don’t use sensitive personal information to infer things about you. You can use the rights above by email, or through an authorized agent, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our answer.

Children

This site and the portal are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our other sites

Praxis EaveDrop at eavedrop.net and LH Masterlog Agent at lh-masterlog-agent.com have their own privacy policies, written the same way. Links on this site to other companies’ sites, such as LinkedIn, are covered by those companies’ policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. For a significant change that affects people with portal accounts, we will also tell them in the portal or by email before it takes effect.
