Text messages from Praxion
How Praxion Agentic CRM Solutions uses text messages, and how to stop them at any time.
Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by Praxion Agentic CRM Solutions (“Praxion”) from a Praxion number. Praxion never texts from a consultant’s personal number.
What we send
- Sign-in links, verification codes and password-reset links you ask for
- Account notices for your Praxion portal
- Updates about your application, onboarding and certification, if you are a consultant or applicant
- Updates about your work with Praxion, such as being paired with a consultant or a discovery starting or finishing, if your company works with Praxion
We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Consent
You agree to receive these messages by ticking the text-message box on a Praxion form or in your portal. Consent is not a condition of applying, of buying anything, or of using the portal. You can use email instead.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Praxion; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
