- How we tailor
A clear path from how you work today to a CRM that works for you
Praxion is your agentic consultant. We start with your business, not a template — then build, connect and keep improving a CRM shaped around your company, your reps and the tedious, audit-heavy work nobody wants to do.
Discover, Map, Build, Connect, Launch, Improve
A short Discover conversation starts it. You see a written scope after Map, a working build after Build, and nothing goes live until your team is ready.
Discover
Your business and where the time goes.
Map
Every step, system and hand-off.
Build
Your CRM, your design, your rules.
Connect
The connectors your tools need.
Launch
Rolled out with training and support.
Improve
Tuned as your business changes.
What happens at each stage — and what you get
What happens
We talk with owners, managers, office staff and reps. We learn what you sell, how your reps work the field, which tools you run on, and which tasks are tedious, error-prone or constantly being corrected.
What you get
- A short list of the biggest time-sinks and recurring problems
- An honest view of what automation can and can’t take on
What happens
We write down every step of your sales process — from first appointment to install and payment — with each system, field, rule and hand-off, and who needs to be notified at each point.
What you get
- A process map your team signs off on
- A written scope of what will be built and connected
What happens
We build your CRM: the layout you want, the screens your reps need, your price sheets and paperwork rules, the audits and auto-corrections, and the portals for managers, regionals and install.
What you get
- A working build you can click through
- Your branding, fields and rules — not a generic template
What happens
We connect the CRM, automation platform, field apps and office tools you already use — and tools with no open API, securely, inside each rep’s own session. What gets read and written is agreed up front.
What you get
- Information entered once and kept in step everywhere
- Connected-account secrets encrypted on the server
What happens
We roll out to a first group, then the whole team. Reps and office staff are walked through it, and every customer-facing action is set to wait for approval.
What you get
- Reps selling with less paperwork from day one
- Office-wide notifications switched on
What happens
We watch what the system catches, what reps ask for and where time still goes — then keep tuning. Predictive features like Praxis TrueEdge get sharper as real outcomes accumulate.
What you get
- A CRM that keeps up with your business
- New ideas from your reps, built and shipped
Anything can be created to tailor the programs you already use
Tailoring is not a settings page. It is the CRM, the screens, the rules, the audits and the connectors, built around the way your company sells.
Keep the CRM you already run. We build around it, connect to it, and keep its records current — no rip-and-replace.
Dashboards, job cards and screens laid out the way you want, in your brand, phone-first so reps can work from the driveway.
Your product lines, price sheets, measurements, paperwork rules and hand-offs, from first appointment through install and payment.
Data entry, cross-checks, follow-ups, reminders and reports — if your team does it by hand every day, the system can do it and ask before it acts.
Anything that needs constant checking or correcting is audited on a schedule, with the fix drafted and applied once approved.
Office-wide notifications, and Manager, Regional and Install portals tailored to your layers, titles and visibility rules.
Whatever your stack, we connect it
We build the connector your company needs. Your team keeps working the way it knows; the system moves the information between systems so nobody types it twice.
- By API — CRMs, automation platforms, email, calendar, SMS and team chat, through their own interfaces.
- No open API — connected securely inside the rep’s own signed-in session, seeing only what that rep can already see.
- Agreed up front — what is read and what is written is in the scope you sign off on.
- Encrypted at rest — connected-account secrets are encrypted with a server-held key and never shown again.

What the system does — and what it never does
Clear lines make it something reps trust and offices can sign off on.
It does
- Keep records current across every connected system
- Audit paperwork, quotes and CRM fields against each other
- Draft corrections, follow-ups, reviews and thank-you notes
- Notify the right people, office-wide, as things happen
- Flag stalled jobs and say exactly what’s left
It never does
- Send to a customer without a person’s approval
- Show one rep another rep’s customers
- Sell, rent or mine your customer data
- Invent a number it can’t source — it asks instead
- Replace the rep in the home — it buys them more time there
How long does a build take, and what does it cost?
It depends on how many workflows and connectors you need. After the Discover and Map steps you get a written scope, so you know what will be built before you commit.
Do our reps need new devices or software?
No. A Praxion build runs in the browser on the phones and laptops your team already has, and installs to the home screen like an app.
What happens to our existing records?
They stay in your CRM. The build reads them, keeps them current and audits them; it does not move your data out of the system of record.
Who keeps it running after launch?
We do, in the Improve step: we watch what the system catches and what reps ask for, and keep tuning the build as your business changes.
Can we start with one workflow?
Yes. Many companies start with the single task that eats the most time or keeps going wrong, then add workflows once the first one is paying for itself.
Start with a Discover conversation
A short conversation about how your team sells today and where the time goes. No obligation, and a straight answer on what can be automated.
