Praxis TruePair — the right rep for every customer
Praxis TruePair is Praxion’s predictive lead and opportunity assignment. For every new lead it weighs dozens of signals across each available rep, explains the pairing it recommends in plain language, and leaves the decision with the manager.
Praxis TrueEdge is the score. Praxis TruePair is the decision that uses it. This page is about the decision. How all the tools work together →
Raise skill
Praxion Coach trains reps and grades their calls.
Score
Praxis TrueEdge turns training, graded calls and results into one 0–100 number per rep.
Decide
Praxis TruePair weighs that score with fit, schedule, drive time and workload.
Confirm
Praxis Command shows managers both; results flow back into the score.
From signals to a pairing a manager can stand behind
Praxis TruePair does not replace the judgment of the people who know the team. It does the arithmetic no one has time for, shows its work, and hands the call to the manager.
Gather signals
Rep readiness, product fit, schedule, travel and the customer’s stated preferences, read from the systems you already run.
Score every rep
Each available rep is scored against the lead. Reps on approved time off or fully booked are set aside first.
Explain the pairing
The best match arrives with its reasons and the runners-up, so the recommendation can be checked at a glance.
Manager approves
Assign, choose another rep, or override. Every decision is recorded, and outcomes refine future pairings.
Dozens of signals, organized into five families
Every signal is a fact about the work: who is prepared for this product, who is free, how far they are, and how the customer has asked to be contacted. Weighting is tailored to each company and reviewed with you before launch.
Praxis TrueEdge score
One measure of how prepared a rep is, built from two sources the company already trusts. About Praxis TrueEdge
- Training-manual mastery, by module and product
- Sales performance: close rate, average ticket, recent momentum
- Recent trend against the rep’s own baseline
Product and segment fit
The rep with the strongest record on what this customer asked about.
- Product lines a rep is certified to sell
- Results by lead type and lead source
- Residential, commercial or returning customer
Schedule and commitments
Only reps who can actually keep the appointment are considered.
- Appointments already booked that day
- Approved time off, applied automatically
- Workload balance across the office
Travel time
Drive time measured from where the rep will actually be, not from the office.
- Drive from the previous appointment or start point
- Territory and office boundaries
- Time of day and buffer before the next booking
Communication compatibility
Limited to what the customer has told you and how past contact has gone.
- Stated contact preference: call, text or email
- Preferred days and times to meet
- Prior-interaction history with your company
Company policy, built in
The house rules a manager applies today, applied the same way every time.
- Rotation and daily caps
- House accounts and returning-customer ownership
- Office and regional overrides
Every pairing explains itself
A recommendation without a reason is hard to trust and impossible to coach from. Praxis TruePair states why it chose a rep in one line a manager can read in a second, with the detail one tap below.
- Plain-language reasons — drive time, product record, availability and readiness, in words
- Alternatives shown — the next-best reps, and what separates them
- Data completeness — when a signal is missing, the card says so rather than guessing
- Overrides recorded — with the reason, so the weighting can be reviewed

Pairing, readiness and coaching in one place
Praxis TruePair lives inside the leadership portals. The same Praxis TrueEdge scores that drive each pairing are shown to the people responsible for developing the team.
- Praxis TrueEdge score panels — training mastery and sales performance side by side for every rep
- Coaching prompts — a dip in a module or a product line becomes a suggested review, not a reprimand
- Regional view — offices compared on readiness, pairing outcomes and override rates
- Approval queue — new leads waiting for a decision, with the reasons attached
Pairing on the work, never on the person
Praxis TruePair does not use protected characteristics, or proxies for them, in any signal, score or explanation.
That includes race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, marital or familial status and veteran status. It applies to customers and reps alike.
Communication compatibility means the customer’s stated contact and time preferences and the history of prior interactions with your company. Nothing is inferred about who a person is.
What Praxis TruePair uses
- Rep training, performance, product lines and schedule
- Travel time and territory
- Preferences the customer has stated, and past contact
What it never uses
- Protected characteristics of customers or reps
- Names, photos or voice to infer anything about a person
- Neighborhood or address beyond travel time and territory
Who stays accountable
- A manager approves pairings; automatic assignment starts off
- Every pairing and override is recorded and reviewable
- Signals and weighting are documented and reviewed with you

Seasonal demand matched to territory, capacity and design experience.
Inbound and door-to-door leads routed by route density and service plan.

Showroom and online leads matched to model knowledge and the buyer’s preferred contact.
Long-cycle buyers kept with the rep who knows the line and the prior conversation.
Accounts paired by product line, travel time and account history.
Accounts and visit requests paired by product line, territory and availability.
New clients paired with the preparer who handles that return type and has room this week.
