How Praxion compares
Praxion builds a CRM layer tailored to the way your company sells, on the CRM you already run. Here is how that compares with Wisconsin CRM and automation firms and with the national platforms sales teams often consider — capability by capability, and by how each one prices.
A tailored build vs. an off-the-shelf CRM
Most options fall into three groups. The difference is who adapts to whom.
You adapt to the product
A packaged CRM or field-sales app is quick to start and priced per seat or per month, often with usage fees and a contract. Your process bends to its screens and rules.
A partner configures one platform
A certified HubSpot or Salesforce partner sets up that one platform, on that platform’s terms and pricing.
The CRM is built around you
We tailor the screens, rules, audits and connectors to the way your company sells, on top of the CRM you already run — or standalone. Nothing is ripped out, and nothing customer-facing goes out without a person’s yes.
Capability by capability

Where a tailored Praxion build stands out
We can integrate anything. So the question isn’t which platform to pick — it’s how to make the one you have work harder.
Praxion is built for teams that want to…
- Keep the CRM they already pay for — no rip-and-replace.
- Run a field sales team with pairing, audits, payday checks and portals built in.
- Work their way — a build tailored to the process, not a template.
- See it working first — in daily field use since December 2025. Open the live demo.
- Stay in control — nothing reaches a customer without a person’s yes.
Already invested in another platform?
- We connect to it. Your CRM, marketing platform or field app stays; Praxion reads from it and writes back.
- We build on top of it. The field layer — pairing, audits, portals, coaching — added to the platform you already run.
- We move you when you’re ready. If you’d rather switch, your records are migrated on your timeline.
Tell us what you run today. We’ll show you how it fits.
Our edge, in short
- Built on the CRM you already run. Praxion is tailored to your workflow and runs in ledger, remote-control or standalone mode, while the national platforms compared here either are the CRM or work with Salesforce only.
- Explainable, fair rep-to-customer pairing. Praxis TruePair shows the reason behind every recommended pairing, leaves the final call to a manager and never reads protected characteristics — a combination not advertised by any provider compared here.
- Every payday reconciled. The commission audit sets each payday against the jobs behind it and flags a short one; payday reconciliation is not advertised by any provider compared here.
- Every sold job checked before install. Each night the contract, order and quote amounts are matched and the paperwork reviewed, a clean-install audit not advertised by any provider compared here.
- Send windows on by default. Customer texts go out only after opt-in and between 9 AM and 8 PM in the recipient’s time zone, where comparable controls elsewhere are a per-workflow or email-only setting.
- A portal for every level of management. Manager, regional and install portals draw on each rep’s Praxis TrueEdge score, a layer not advertised by the national platforms compared and offered only in part by field-sales products.
The questions worth asking any provider
Straight answers where we already state them, and the points we’ll settle with you in writing where we don’t.
Is anything from another company used in our build?
Praxion is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other company named on this site. Your build is made from your products, pricing and paperwork rules, your records stay in your CRM, and the public demo uses made-up customers. Exactly what is shared engine and what is built only for you is a good point to put in writing in your scope — ask about it in your consultation.
Who owns what is built?
Your data is yours: we don’t sell it, rent it or mine it, and your records stay in your system of record. Ownership of the build itself — configuration, code and any handover — is something to agree in the written scope. Bring it to your consultation.
What support do we get after launch?
We keep running and tuning the build in the Improve step: we watch what the system catches and what reps ask for. Support hours, response times and documentation are worth agreeing in writing — ask us to spell them out in your consultation.
How is our data protected?
Passwords are stored only as a slow one-way hash, connected-account secrets are encrypted at rest, every request is scoped to the signed-in rep, and every connection runs over HTTPS. Anything customer-facing waits for a person’s approval. The details are on Security & data.
Is texting and email outreach compliant?
Outreach sequences need captured opt-in before any send, one suppression list is checked before every send, STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE are honored straight away, and texts go out only between 9 AM and 8 PM in the recipient’s time zone. Customer messages wait for the rep’s approval. Carrier registration for business texting and your own consent records are worth reviewing together in the consultation.
What happens when a connected tool changes?
What each connector reads and writes is agreed up front, and the build is maintained in the Improve step. How changes to a vendor’s interface or pricing are watched for and handled for your stack is a good question to cover in your consultation.
Who else uses it?
LH Masterlog Agent, an example tailored build for national field-sales organizations, has been in daily field use since December 2025. You can open the live demo, and many companies start with a single workflow before adding more.
Is the 75% oversight figure a guarantee?
No. It is a projection — the design target of a Praxion build, not a guarantee. Run your own numbers in the ROI calculator; real results depend on your business and how fully the build is adopted.
Why isn’t Praxion’s pricing published?
Every build is different. After the Discover and Map steps you get a written scope, so you know what will be built and what it costs before you commit.
