Why companies buy

Every sales company is paying for the same two problems

Busywork and human error. They show up as hours of re-typing, callbacks, reworks and commission disputes — and almost every company that sells has them. You won’t be selling a nice-to-have.

Errors are expensive

A wrong price, a missing signature or an order that doesn’t match costs a callback, a rework or a dispute. Praxion checks the work before it moves.

Remodeling: measurements, quotes and change orders that always agree.

Time is the product

Reps re-key the same deal into two or three systems. Praxion enters it once and keeps everything in step — time that goes back to selling.

Automotive: trade-in, payoff and incentives reconciled before the deal hits finance.

No rip-and-replace

Praxion works with the CRM a company already runs, so the yes is easier. We can integrate anything.

Cable and internet: the plan sold matched to the order before commission posts.

What you sell

A tailored CRM, and the tools around it

You open the conversation and qualify the fit. Our team of developers, troubleshooters and consultants scopes, builds and supports every build — you never have to be the engineer.

  • The Tailored Agentic CRM — built around how the company already sells
  • The Praxis tools — lead assignment, rep scoring, coaching, quoting, audits and more
  • A clear start — a starting retainer for the first tailored build, then a monthly plan, set per company in a written scope

How you earn

The Partner plan: commission on every company you bring in

You are paid from the cash each client actually pays — the setup and build fee, the monthly plan and any results fee. Bring in more companies and your monthly commission stacks. There is no buy-in and nothing to buy, and recruiting someone earns nothing by itself.

Setup / build fee

30%

Of the starting retainer for each company’s tailored build.

Monthly plan, months 1–12

20%

Of each monthly fee the company pays in its first year.

Monthly plan, month 13 on

12%

For as long as the company stays a client and you own the account.

Results fee

10%

Of any results fee Praxion collects from a company you brought in.

  • Quarterly accelerator — +5 points on the setup fee and first-year monthly fees for each new client above 4 in a quarter.
  • Sponsor overrides — 4% (level 1) and 2% (level 2) of the paying-client revenue of consultants you sponsor. Paid only on what their clients pay, never on sign-ups, recruiting or anyone’s purchases.
  • 90-day clawback — if a client is refunded or charges back within 90 days, the matching commission and overrides are reversed.
  • Paid monthly — around the 15th, for cash collected the month before, with a 1099-NEC each year.

Illustrative plan summary; rates are not final. Your rates and terms are set by your independent contractor agreement, which governs if anything here differs.

A hypothetical example

1company you bring in
$1,500setup fee (hypothetical)
30%setup commission
$450once, when the setup fee is paid

Plus 20% of its monthly plan: on a hypothetical $600-a-month plan, that is $120 a month for months 1–12, then 12% ($72 a month) from month 13 for as long as the company stays.

Hypothetical math, not typical or expected results. These figures only show how the rates work. Praxion has no consultant earnings history yet, nothing here is a guarantee of earnings, and what you earn depends entirely on the clients you bring in. As an independent contractor you pay your own expenses, such as phone, car and home office.

Companies are already looking for a way out of the busywork. The sooner you start those conversations, the sooner your book of companies — and your monthly commission — starts building.

Titles

Titles you earn from paying-client revenue

Your title grows with the revenue of the clients you bring in — your own clients first, then your team’s. Head count never counts, and nobody pays to join or to move up.

  1. ConsultantWhere everyone starts

The Partner plan on your own clients, with the level-1 override and the quarterly accelerator.

  2. Senior Consultant$12k own revenue (3 months), 3 clients

Level-2 override unlocked; accelerator goal drops to 3 a quarter.

  3. Lead Consultant$30k own, 8 clients, $30k team

Month-13+ residual on your own clients rises to 13%.

  4. Principal Consultant$60k own, 15 clients, $120k team

Month-13+ residual of 14% and a share of the leadership pool.

  5. Executive Consultant$100k own, 25 clients, $300k team

Month-13+ residual of 15% and two shares of the leadership pool.

Proposed, not final. Revenue means paying-client revenue over the trailing 3 months; “team” is the two levels you sponsor. Every title above Consultant also needs a paying client of your own closed in the past 6 months. Thresholds and benefits are illustrative and subject to the contractor agreement.

Apply

Apply to become a Praxion sales consultant

Tell us about your sales background and where you’d sell. It takes a few minutes.

  • What happens next — if it looks like a fit, we set up a short video interview.
  • Nothing sensitive here — never send tax, bank or Social Security numbers on this form. Tax forms are collected later through a secure provider.
  • Your information — used only to review your application.
  • Invited by a consultant? — choose a password below and you can sign in at once to start training: products, demos, the playbook and how pay works.
  • No invite? — send an account request. A person reviews it, and once you’re approved we send your sign-in link.
  • Approval & verification — when you’re ready, submit for approval from your portal. That includes a background check, run only after a written disclosure and your signed authorization.

About recruiting links. Share your link yourself. Don’t ask friends, family or other sales reps to pass your link along — if they want to recruit, they should join and share their own link from their own account. Recruiting earns nothing by itself; overrides come only from paying clients.

A few quick questions

At least 10 characters; a short phrase of a few words works well. Don’t use your email in it.

Independent contractor (1099) role. Submitting an application does not create an agreement; a background check is only ever run with your written disclosure and consent. We never ask for your Social Security number or bank details here. By applying you agree to our terms of service (consultants are independent contractors and are responsible for any licenses, insurance and documents their location requires). See our privacy policy.
