Manager, Regional and Install portals that talk to the rep’s dashboard
A side app to the rep dashboard, tailored to each company. Operations managers see every rep, regionals see every office, install runs its own board — and alerts, requests and real-time data travel both ways, the moment they are submitted.
One for each layer of the business
Each portal shows its layer exactly what it needs to oversee, with a tap down to the detail underneath.
Manager portal
Every rep at once: today’s appointments; run, sit and close; sales and pipeline; each rep’s job cards; jobs needing attention; commissions pending; coaching flags; the office leaderboard. Plus Praxis TruePair and time off.
Open the sampleRegional portal
Every office side by side: each manager’s numbers, trends and escalations, with a tap down to any office’s reps and any rep’s jobs.
Open the sampleInstall portal
A crew board of its own: jobs ready to schedule, paperwork-complete checks, requests to reps that land on the job card, and verified completed installs with photos.
Open the sampleThe samples are clickable previews with made-up reps, offices and job numbers. Nothing in them is live data.
The right lead to the right rep, without a manager juggling it
New leads are scored for each available rep and offered to the manager with the reasoning shown. One tap assigns; the rep’s dashboard and the office are updated in the same moment. Praxis TruePair extends this with the Praxis TrueEdge score — training-manual mastery and sales performance — and customer communication preferences, never protected characteristics.
- Drive time from the rep’s last appointment
- Availability — reps on approved time off are skipped automatically
- Close rate for that lead type and product line
- Workload balance across the office
Request, approve, and the schedule already knows
A rep requests time off from their own dashboard. The manager approves it in the portal. From that moment the rep is unavailable to lead assignment for those days, and the office calendar shows it — no spreadsheet, no group text.
One rep, one office, one region, or everybody
Leadership can message at whatever scope the moment needs, from the portal, with acknowledgement and read receipts — so “did everyone see it?” has an answer.
- To one rep — lands on their dashboard and their phone
- To an office — every rep under that manager
- To a region — every office under that regional
- Company-wide — the entire workforce at once
- Acknowledged and read — who has seen it, who has tapped “got it”
Granted by an admin. Scoped by one switch.
The portals are not reachable from the rep dashboard or its settings. An admin grants management access to a person, and an admin decides how far each portal can see.
Hierarchy
Operations managers see only their own reps. Regionals see only their managers’ offices. Install sees only jobs in its install region. Updates from outside your hierarchy are counted, not shown.
Company-wide
Everyone on a manager, regional or install portal sees every office in the company — useful for small companies and for leadership that covers everything.
In both modes, reps never see each other’s leads, customers or commission. Visibility widens what leadership sees; it never widens what a rep sees. See the admin switch in the sample.
What the rep does, leadership sees. What leadership asks, the rep gets.
Rep submits
A sale, a cancellation, a photo, a time-off request — from the rep dashboard.
Portals update
Manager, regional and install see it as it lands, scoped by the visibility mode.
Leadership acts
Assign a lead, approve time off, request a photo, send a message.
Rep is notified
It appears on the job card and the phone, and closes when done.
Oversee exceptions, not everything
Portals are tailored to each company’s layers, titles and rules. Tell us how your leadership is organized and we’ll show you what yours would look like.
