One platform, three ways to run it
A Praxion build can sit beside your CRM and write nothing, work your CRM for the rep, or run on its own. The mode is set per rep, so a company can move one team at a time.
Choose how much the platform does in your CRM
Writing to the CRM is a switch per rep. Off, the platform is a ledger. On, it is a remote control. With no CRM at all, it keeps the full record itself.
Read, track and audit — write nothing
Records are read in from your CRM, kept current on the rep’s job cards, audited and compared. Your CRM remains the system of record and your existing process does not change.
- Best for a first rollout or a cautious IT team
- Mismatches between systems are flagged, not overwritten
Farm and equipment: every unit and quote read from the CRM, mismatches flagged, nothing changed.
Work the CRM from one place
With writing switched on for a rep, work done in Praxion — results, builds and quotes — is written to your CRM and read back to confirm it matches. Anything customer-facing still waits for approval.
- No retyping between systems
- Every write is read back and compared
Cable and internet: the rep finishes the order once; the CRM is updated and checked behind them.
The CRM itself
For teams without a CRM, or a team that wants to start fresh. The platform stores everything and can sync to a CRM the day one is connected.
- Nothing to replace later
- The same audits, portals and approvals
Landscaping: a growing company starts with the full record on day one and connects a CRM later.
Ledger and remote-control modes run today with Salesforce in LH Masterlog Agent, an example tailored build. Other CRMs are connected per build and offered in the same configurations.
Connected to the tools you already run
We build the connector your company needs. Tools with an open API connect directly; tools without one can be connected securely inside the rep’s own signed-in session, seeing only what that rep can already see. What is read and written is agreed up front.

The same controls, however you deploy
Approve-first
Messages to customers and changes to important records wait for a person’s yes.
Send windows
Quiet hours hold anything customer-bound until the window opens.
Per-rep scoping
A signed token scopes every request; reps see only their own book.
Encrypted secrets
Connected-account secrets are encrypted at rest and never shown again.
Start in ledger mode. Switch on writing when you are ready.
Tell us which CRM you run and how cautious your rollout needs to be. We’ll recommend a mode for each team.
